I so fully agree with your post below. what can we do before it is too late ??

thankyou thankyou thankyou. for saying what i feal about
this deal. there are to many smart assed people getting
onto company boards and working for there selfs and not
the share holders who they are sirpost too..
It is a dud deal, that is why the price has gone down
30% in last 14 days.
Who moved the major asets of EPG Australia to a now unlisted company in the UK. Where was that ever voted on
by the share holders.
The voice of all share holders neads to be heard on this.
It is time ASIC looked at the small mining board and see
what is happen to the real rights of share holders and
not just Dir holding 5-10% Of a company.
I dont mine loseing money in a company i invest in, but
what i do dislike are people who treat shareholders as
fulls and try and pull the wool over them.
