    re: Ann: Selective Capital Reduction Funding ... There is still a decent arbitrage opportunity for anyone wanting to buy @34 cents but this will depend on you tax position. Note that 10 cents of the payment is an unfranked dividend.

    I know the implementation date is 15 Oct but has the X-entitlement date and the payment date been announced. I cant find it in the announcements.
