I am voting no unless the bid is well raised to reflect the added value of Phase 4 and the extra value that imputes to the enterprise.

please acknowledge your support if you can by posting your view and weight of shares -i have around 1% of shares on issue - remember Shen and associates cant vote due to conflict of interest so 1% translates into an effective 3% or thereabouts- we need 25% to block the deal and hold for a revised offer and more than 10% of shares on issue to block compulsory acqusition
