So, RDR sold Meekathaara to Metal X and received:
1. $4.56mil from Metal X;
2. received 24,000,000 RDR shares owned by Metal X for $1 for total parcel;
2.a. Metal X paid 0.199cts ea on 27 Aug 2012 for 24,000,000 shares = $4,776,896
3. Metal X now pays $4.56mil for Mine and sold all 24,000,000 RDR shares for $1
3.a So, in total, Metal X would have paid $9,336,895 for Meekathaara?!
So, RDR got a good deal, yes?
