Don’t forget too, that NSR has been the subject of a takeover bid previously at far higher prices than today. A good space to be in I think with alll the toys people have these days with not enough room to store them. I remember years ago laughing when a good friend of ours daughter bought a unit and paid an extra $100k because it had a parking space. It’s probably added 3 times that to the overall valuation these days !
