l thought that the gearing for NSR was about 25% (which seems low for a REIT in a stable sector). I like NSR and have been looking at it as a potential future SMSF holding in pension phase (because of the low but stable yield of 4.8% unfranked).
I think the debt reduction is not significant enough to really be material? I suspect the bigger picture might be the expansion. storage units via unlisted entities?? no idea quite curious? obviously today I wish I owned
