    On the surface this looks disappointing. Hiring a mid ranking executive out of a bank is not what this business needs. Where is the entrepreneur that can transform and grow this business? He doesn’t seem to have any experience running an ASX listed company or any experience with a relative small Microcap. Looks like a conservative choice from a conservative chair.
