Looks like they finished up at HSBC in 2005, a lot has changed in technology since then so saying 'In his time at HSBC Craig helped develop
their online trading platform.' does not mean much.
What is a Chief Commercial Officer, wikipedia states 'The role typically must combine technical knowledge of the relevant field with strong marketing and business development skills.' Not sure what technical knowledge Paul has in the field or what strong marketing skills he has, if his investor day presentation was anything to go by he will send people to sleep. Guessing it is also not consider a key management person given the salary was not listed. So Paul was CFO, but moved to CEO, did not get full time CEO and now is CCO, I am sure he will find a role in Selfwealth that he is actually happy with but currently that is a lot of roles in a very short time...
But nothing screams controlling costs more then creating a new 'chief' position.
And the current CFO gone, how many is that now in recent period?
