    "Safety rating" is calculated with available cash on the platform as a factor. i.e. with no cash in the platform and you cap out at 4/5 stars.

    There's little incentive to keep cash on the platform if they take the interest... The other side of that is that if you don't have cash in the account, you may miss opportunities.
