Pity it still takes multiple business days to move money out of that account and elsewhere.
Don't get me started with their delays in FX for US trading. Sold some US stocks on Thursday evening last week - only this morning has the FX change to AUD come through.
Will now have to wait till next week until I can get access to those funds in a non SelfWealth account.
All for the pleasure of $9.50usd brokerage when it's free elsewhere.
In contrast, I'll then be able to move that AUD to Superhero instantly and FX to USD in their platform instantly and be ready to buy immediately.
SWF need to adjust their US share trading offering. uncompetitive and clumbersome.
SWF are still playing catch-up. Not showing the agility one would expect from a up and coming platform. moving more at the pace of one of the big 4 bank platforms.
