Your comment literally makes no sense. Clearly there are no holders willing to sell for less than 15c or thereabouts or there would be liquidity.
Conversely there are currently visible orders for more than 300,000 shares at 14c or above. Sure, that's less than $40K worth but it's a fair likelihood the visible orders are just a fraction of the demand if shares at 14c were available.
So yeah, can't see how your statement makes any sense at all.
