    Embarrassing to say the least,

    We have ex-management and agents conflicted with their own investment and exit the registry after escrow.

    Just goes the show the commoditisation of the real estate industry. Agents will still play a critical role in the sale process.

    14% is a significant holding and ultimately a large pay day.
