Not there yet. Interesting to see what it would mean to be a minority holder in OBS if they don't get to 90%. Will they seek to delist it under ASX rules. Even if they did delist OBS, wouldn't they need to distribute future mining profits back to the parent company. How would they do this? Dividends? How else could they do it? If you had the courage and the time to find out it could be interesting. If they don't delist OBS they may want to mop up the minority holders at some point. How would this play out?
I've asked these questions several times, no replies yet. Anyone had experience with this or got a view?
