In a normal jurisdiction this mine would find funding - even in this environment - without too much difficulty. The margin on the new mine is compelling, the company has 50 years of experience and is a global leader in both mineral quality and controls 20% of current global supply. The capital requirement is also modest and
the mineral is becoming globally more scarce.

despite all this I can't help think that the gov of Sierra Leone have really shot themselves in the foot with this one and put their people and nation in an unnecessary financial predicament. This still may never get up!
