Sorry to disagree with some of the comment and the market.The report wasn't bad news IMO. Just no sign of a field befitting Shells status. The drill bit as usual will be the final arbiter. We just need partners with guts and money.Perhaps Tullows, but more likely the Chinese will fill the bill. If WPL puts in an offer we can be sure Shell is still an influence because of their big holding in WPL.
