Any idea what the selldown price might be? Have seen some estimates 20-30% discount? Also there would be some % going to that company that is handling the selldown? Then also possibly tax on top of that? Also I noticed on the last few announcements they have been saying 'up to' 55m, so the whole 55m is not guaranteed?
