    Its ironic that when Cath Norman was in charge, she put more effort into winning the hearts of the Senegalese people (with our money)
    than trying to generate return for shareholders. Now it seems that memories in Senegal are short - just give us more money. Dealing with African nations , (even the stable ones) is fraught with danger.
