no payment at all if the oil price drops below a certain level or if a specified amount of oil is not produced by a certain time.
so there is risk Re the us $ 55m ever being paid.
that is why the big discount but perhaps it should be more if many shareholders are unaware of these risks.
for me the discount is about right making it a hold only at these levels.
