You still need directors whether you are delisted or not and it is very difficult to trade your shares in a delisted company or to get a fair market price. Furthermore, there would be significant expenses to get relisted. Also, after the Capital Return from the Woodside Contingent Payment it could be worthwhile for the shell of the company to be used for a backdoor listing and you can't do that if the company is delisted. So, for these reasons, I am not in favour of delisting the company. I do agree though that the director's salaries should be heavily pruned back in view of their limited activities.
