Is the issue that most of us are from different industries where this sort of crap wouldn't be tolerated and would be labelled as unprofessional? Maybe it's a dirty cut-throat business and this is normal?

A few people raised a good point and would like to know the direction we are heading in. How about this curly question - do we have the right team leading us there?

The question is on my mind as we have a situation at work where one of the brilliant minds conversant in our systems and business processes has been promoted to a project manager role. Problem is that they aren't suited and lack suitable experience. It's costing the company a fortune.

Do we have the right people doing the right jobs or is it a situation where they are so understaffed they can't do their job's properly?

Maybe I just don't understand how the industry ticks?

Having the right staff and staffing levels at FAR is important otherwise it's going to cost us dearly.
