My preference is to have any EON monetisation as a bonus to my implied value of the company. Although I don’t place any value on the asset in my calcs, I do think it may surprise to the upside when it finally does materialise , particularly as it’s an area that will only get stronger and more commercially attractive overtime .
I hold a gold company who have a non producing asset /mine that I thought was worth 30-50m usd. It was on the market for years and people discounted it and ascribed little or no value . Last month the company sold it for 105 m USD.
