Among all the gloom and doom about the missed ARR target, there are two things I find encouraging.
the ARR achieved was a 75% increase in a year. Second - it’s only 4 or 5 months to go until the “middle” of the year, with cash flow break even still predicted. Now I know Senetas often fails to achieve guidance, but even if that slips a month or so it’s got to be close. Will make a huge difference to cash requirements as Senetas core business remains profitable.
