The one thing they're omitting about the $1.5 million contract that was supposed to be signed in the 2nd half of last year is that we're now two months into the next year, and it seems it still hasn't been signed. Whoever the counterparty is is either taking a long time to sign the contract, or have decided not to sign the contract at all.
