In Oct 2024 Menlo advised that they had doubled their revenue to 100m from 50m in April 2024 after they integrated the DDR / CDR products into their platform - Menlo have gone onto say that they expect to reach 500m in revenue in 3 years. Based on the revenue of 100m Menlo advised that they now have a market valuation of 800m.
So - based on a valuation of 800m the value of 2% share is 16m - not much per SEN share.
So some simple questions about the whole Votiro experience - The DDR platform is taking the cyber world by storm but no where did SEN tell anyone of the income coming in - where was the revenue from Menlo reported after they increased their revenue in less than 6 months by 50m using DDR/CDR. I believe Votiro was cash flow pos 8 months ago and that the late notice of the 3 million in revenue from asia ( as reported in the AGM ) was probably 6 months after the event. So - if the 2% of Menlo figure is correct SEN virtually gave it away. If so this, is a gut punch to LTSH. Lets hope that the 2% figure is a typo - if the share was 20% which reflects Votiro true potential and worth then the deal is worthwhile for LTSH but at 2% - to me - it appears to be a give away.
WHY give away the most exciting cyber technology in the world after you have worn the pain of carrying it to the point where it is gaining world wide penetration. To me this does not pass the pub test
