Votiro was killing Senetas . They were too small to scale it up ..
the benefits or selling it to Menlo is that the cash bleeds stock and the menlo business is likely to grow a lot faster than Votiro under Senetae . Let’s say Menlo share ends up being 32 m USD in 2 -3 years time , that would be circa 50m value in AUD . Ofcourse if they do indeed increase there ARR five times Senetas share may be worth alot more , well north of 100m AUD
they tried - this time they found a great product but lacked financial power for execution
Senetas is a buy now more than the last 2 years.
