Also that once Senetas get accreditation by Safenet Assured Techologies (Which they already have for the CN 6000 series), then Gemalto will be the preferred supplier to US govt depts. and this is a formality. The EU legislation comes into being in May 2018 so you would think that Gemalto, together with its new partners will go all out to sell the encryption once it receives Fips.
