So the question is ...why... when we have close to $16m in the bank and we have a pre-emptive
right over future CR would SEN not take up the investment and/or... has Senetas completed
tranche 2 and 3 by the 30th june ( if Sen did complete T2+T3 by 30 june ..then why is Vot
searching for investors a month later ) ..and have we converted the full investment into
Convertible preference shares ( were we outvoted on this investment decision )....Maturity
date being June 30 2020...
We know that SEN management is conservative ...but can't help but think they've
drop the ball on this matter...maybe an opportunity loss considering the upside ...
