HI all, just some more developments in the US cyber security market that may be of interest. A company called Symantec, which is the worlds leading cyber security company and has over 50million clients worldwide and operates one of the worlds largest intelligence networks, has just sold its ( Enterprise security business to Broadcom for $10.7 billion in cash), . Now this may not be of any interest to our Senetas investors, but only recently Symantec have taken on boardthe technology from Votiro ( File Disarmer) which they will be marketing it under the SymantecWeb isolation product, being an award winning technology granted by Gartner Cool. NOW the interesting point here is that this is of little note in AUST, but shows how the value of Votiro is being built up amongst the tech companies in the US and no one here is taking any notice. As I have said before ,the Sp in aust is of no interest to the big holders as they know that the only possible way to make there money is to be noticed in the US and ISrael, and that will give all the interested parties there reward.I believe that Votiro may be worth between $100-200m and Senetas own 58%, so this could make the decision to acquire the controlling interest in Votiro the major step for Senetas to go forward. Getting the SP up slowly to 10,15,20, and even 30c is not the major objective.
