    this investor's aquiring in Votiro......surely this would require at the least ...a market update ...
    How is it now possible to aquire 100% of Votiro ...Is the proposition of aquiring 100% of Votiro
    is now , are we to assume , not a mandate of SEN ?....... sorry not following ?
