pavi....as you say ...Senetas has a majority holding in Votiro ( 58% ) ....and has indicated that it has a pre-emptive right of first refusal to acquire Votiro in future ....if Votiro is sucessful in the near future...then what do you think will be the price to aquire their stake ....( whatever percentage of Votiro that is ? )....I'll say it will be a lot more... if as you say ...Votiro will be valued at $100m-200m....strategically this is ...if true...a dumb move...imo... I can't find any mention of this investment on the Votiro site.....If SEN has decided not to pursue 100% ownership of Votiro ...then this is problematic at best ...imo
