That is a fair assessment and happy to be bullish if those contracts get sealed. Unfortunately for Votiro to expand it's market their costs have remained high and they are solidly chewing away at every $ Sen puts their way. I am hoping like most here, that the raise was just to get over a short term strain on cashflow that may begin to dissipate by years end with some more recurring revenue contracts. We await the news AW !!
