My first impression, you got to be kidding!. As a long term holder of sxy (over10+ years). Huge acreage still to be explored and realised, many gas contracts with guaranteed cash flow and sustainable increase in gas prices. what an insult to the board and shareholders. Besides, it is unlikely AFIRB will approve an overseas buyer when sxy has an agreement to supply most of the gas on shore. I just hope this is a catalyst to reflect how undervalue this coy is. Let's hope an Aussie based coy, the likes of Beach, Santos or Woodside come to the table with a sensible offer.
