The risk is obviously whether there has been a leak in the last few weeks but the price has been relatively still.
The question is what has triggered announcement today? Given its still in exclusivity what triggered the announcement if the board didn’t think it needed to be announced on date of signature.
Much to yet be unpeeled here. While their advisers are tops if only just instructed them they cannot fix errors. We will watch carefully.

I would say they have gone public so it might attract another bidder.

$10+ they can have mine this year, otherwise I'll sit on it and collect the dividend for the next 30 years
