I agree, selling is harder than you think on the way up, and 40s or 50s may seem dirt cheap in a couple of years. I won't be exiting all once, but when 'All in' (to the value of a house in some cities)....it'll make sense to reduce my position by half and diversify to a less risky multi-asset portfolio approach. I'm 5 years older now....a touch wiser and have more responsibility than being 'all in'. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.
