    yeah I get what you mean. but I wonder if he's trying to drip feed the good out earlier to try and pump the price up a bit ?
    if he had bad news- good things like this on the same day might even it out ? I'm talking myself into both scenarios - ha ha

    feels like he's prettying the place up for long awaited suitors potentially..
