I'm with Mark084 in questioning those figures. Firstly I wasn't sure if you were referring to QGC or SXY in putting down 'make good' bores for farmers. Possibly both.

However as a farmer in another life who put down water bores I cannot imagine anywhere in Australia where it would cost more than a fraction of your suggested figure, not even if you were equipping the bore as well (pumps, piping, power supply).

I stand to be corrected, but as Mark has asked...a source mate?
