    Culling out the rubbish to the tune of $80m.
    Cleaning out the Balance Sheet, for the suitor to avoid arguments over valuation ???
    Or, tax advantages maybe ???
    Question remains though .... How will Atlas be funded ?
    Find out Thursday maybe.
    Chart wise though .... I really want to see it get out above the ST EMA's at 37.5c
