so it says that SPP was "oversubscribed".
so applications were above the $36m.

yet it does not say anything about scalebacks?
that's weird.

So that is implying that the oversubscriptions will be accepted ( because nothing to contrary- and SXY would have to tell market if they were to scale back applications)

then they say proceeds of CR and SPP total approx $91m ("approx") - ie $55m + $36m = $91m).

so I am now think that "....receiving more than $36 million in applications for new Senex shares." is spin, and that the oversubscriptions was minor ---- such that SXY can accept ALL subscriptions and everyone gets their allocations.

I really don't care - I am just trying to understand what is going on.
