Potential Dividend Calculations and Estimates.
$40 - $60m annual free cash flow, so let's assume $50m.
20 - 30% dividend payout from free cash flow, so let's assume 25%.
Shares outstanding AFTER consolidation (fully diluted), approx 190 million.
Dividend calculation (Annual).
25% of $50m = $12.5m
$12.5m / 190m = 0.065789c
Approx 6.6 cents per share annual dividend.
Based on the current share price of 35c, extrapolated to post consolidation on an 8:1 basis to $2.80, that provides a dividend yield of approx 2.36% (2.35714%)
I'm estimating that in the first year, they might give six monthly dividends of 3 cents each, for a total first year Annual payout of 6 cents per share.
For example, if you have 10,000 shares post consolidation, you will probably receive an annual dividend of approximately $600 in the first year (based on the assumptions above), and possibly more in subsequent years.
