don't think so. ISG or otherwise known UCG is banned or indefinite moratorium on it in lots of places around the world, including qld. a bit surprised they got this far
could be wrong, but i don't think any established player would touch lck with a barge pole. the enviro risks are basically inifinite hence being banned even in sh!thole countries
