I would also appreciate your comments on thefollowing:
If revenue is about $50million/year then EBITDA wouldbe around $25million/year and profit to EWC around $13million/year. If this iscorrect then EPS would be around 1cent. Further assuming share price to bearound 8xPE, then EWC shares should be valued at around 8cents.
