They're gonna need a big capital injection for both Indonesia and also the Philippines.

But they have said in their AR that we are going to hear shortly about the amount of capital they need and how they are planning to raise it.

They have two big backers in Srewart Elliot and Richard Chandler.

The big question is, are they able to export outside of Indonesia. If they are, then raising this capital won't be too difficult, otherwise it will be more problematic.

Worst case scenario for the Sengkang power station, is they can use it for the LNG terminal.

Need to bring on Australian gas urgently to provide some cashflow.
