I wouldn't be booking anything to attend the egm. Usually they are resolved prior, with the banished one(s) resigning prior in order to preserve some dignity.
How this ends up is anyone's guess. The board would be abreast of the voting and if they're up with their obligations as directors, the way of the vote shouldn't leak out, but, I'm afraid I have no faith in any of them currently. Also ( as I mentioned earlier), the lack of buying/ support doesn't give much away but suggests both sides think they can do it...Someone's gonna look a real dick soon.
As for the o&g, it's looking dead in the water with such a small market cap now the fund raising requirements would be onerous to say the least. Companies with an mcap below $50m simply cannot afford to buy and develop anything other than a small Cooper Basin tenement
