Yes, they did say in last report that transfer had not been effected because they were trying to do so without the impost of stamp duty. Seems like a good move to me.
Got a mention in *'s "Monsters of Rock" this afternoon. Could draw some attention to BOC, since it seems to be flying under the radar.
I notice the 3:30 pm to 4 pm "rush hour " or at least "rush half hour" occurred again today. Whoever it is is cleaning up everything in the 70 cent range late in the day, and they haven't scared the horses yet.
