Got a mention in *'s "Monsters of Rock" this afternoon. Could draw some attention to BOC, since it seems to be flying under the radar.

I notice the 3:30 pm to 4 pm "rush hour " or at least "rush half hour" occurred again today. Whoever it is is cleaning up everything in the 70 cent range late in the day, and they haven't scared the horses yet.

I must say I really don't understand the issue of stamp duty; The shares are owned by the PNG Government and they would be transferred to the developing government of Bougaineville. Why stamp duty would exist, or if it did, why it couldn't be instantly waived by the PNG Government is beyond me.
