back of the envelope:
Viva is currently acquiring on around 3x ebitda multiples.
they should have around $10 million in net cash plus the $10 million acquisition portion of the CBA facility announced today.
that implies that Viva can deploy close to $20 million and purchase approximately $6-$7 million of ebitda.
Ords (broker) is forecasting Viva to make $13.4 million ebitda this year.
so on full deployment assumption, Viva will have $20 million ebitda and growing.
on 10x Viva is worth $3.50 !!
