Do a little research, 99.5% is the bare minimum "on spec" grade for NdPr.
Then there are basically three commercial levels, the closest to 75% NdPr the more valuable.
Then there is separated NdO + PrO where higher purities are rewarded, and higher levels PrO currently make a healthy premium into ceramics mkts.
Since MtP old legacy plant was dismantled only one ROW has consistently produced on spec NdPr, no minor achievement, then separated NdO + PrO, all hard won expertise, lots of challenges ahead for any seeking to follow, not least proving up consistency to potential customers.
Not an easy business.
