and one more thing... the claim in negligence against PwC. Should the Lazarus with a triple by-pass become a reality then what does that do for the prospectivity of a settlement ?. PNC can rightly point to the significant after-tax[ given the now $70m in accumulated tax losses] cash flow that has been denied to the company . I'm thinking a $20m PwC sourced payout is now realistic.
And with a rising PNC share price now in prospect numerous M&A opportunities must soon present .
