As soon as practicable after the Expiration Time, expected on or around 21 June 2024
This is a hugely ambitious timetable ..unless of course we already have the majority of NoteHolders( by value) on side.All of the published statements to date have indicated financial close on the replacement senior credit facility by 2 July.
