Only just got around to reading Shaw's report on PNC. Nice to see the comparisons between the competition (especially CCP) as well as some of the changes in PNC methodology and practices which affect the timing of investment return. The big changes of return to profit and reductions in interest costs are not available until 2026 as indicated in Rosencrantz's excerpt form the report so I expect that real rerate will not be seen until those events are either close to reality or have begun. It does seem that PNC is likely to outpace CCP in PDP purchases here in Australia based on Shaw's assessment. I am going to stay for the ride - I think that 80c is conservative if this actually plays out.
